Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday reached Lala Tola of Sitabdiara, native village of Jay Prakash Narayan on the death anniversary of Lok Nayak Jayaprakash Narayan. October 8 is the death anniversary of Lok Nayak and October 11 is his birth anniversary.
Pipa Pul to be made between Riwilganj to Sitabdiara
After reaching Sitab Diara the native village of Lok Nayak Jay Prakash Narayan, Nitish Kumar garlanded the statue of Lok Nayak. After this he inspected the primary health center named after Prabhavati Devi, wife of Shri Jay Prakash Narayan. While interacting with the media during the inspection, the Chief Minister said that Pipa bridge would be constructed between Rivilganj in Saran district to Sitabdiara, so that the people of Sitabdiara would not face any problem in going to the district headquarters.
With the construction of Pipa bridge, the distance from Sitabdiara to district headquarters will be reduced to 15 kms instead of 40 kms.
Complete Development of Sitab Diara Village
The village of Lok Nayak should be fully developed, there should not be a lack of development. A network of roads will also be laid in the entire village, the Chief Minister Said.
